The things people ask before joining

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. You can change plans or leave whenever you like. Plan changes are confirmed with you first and take effect from your next billing cycle, so nothing ever changes behind your back.

What's included in a service visit?

Every scheduled service, on every plan, covers the full checklist:

Water testing: full water chemistry analysis on site
Chemical balancing: pH, chlorine and alkalinity adjusted to where they should be
Surface skimming: leaves and floating debris out
Pool vacuuming: debris removed from the pool floor
Pool brushing: walls, steps and tiles brushed down
Basket cleaning: skimmer and pump baskets emptied
Filter maintenance: filter cleaned or backwashed as needed
Equipment check: pump, filter, chlorinator and systems inspected

Then your photo report card lands on your phone showing exactly what was done, and anything that needs attention gets flagged before it becomes expensive.

What exactly does Fixed include?

Your scheduled professional service (monthly for $169/month, or fortnightly for $239/month), all chemicals and consumables, water testing every visit, a photo report card to your phone, and green pool recovery if your pool ever turns. One flat bill, and the price doesn't move.

How is Classic billed?

$88 per visit, plus chemicals and consumables billed as used. Some months that's very little, some months more, you pay for exactly what your pool needed. Every visit still comes with water testing and your photo report card.

How does the Annual deal work?

You prepay 12 months of Fixed (monthly or fortnightly) and only pay for 11, so one month is free every year. Your rate is locked for the full 12 months and your equipment discount doubles to 10%. You pay upfront with one tap in your member portal.

My pool is green right now. Can I still join?

If your pool is green, we fix that first with a green pool recovery, and once we get it back to sparkling your regular servicing schedule begins.

How do payments work?

Everything runs through your member portal. Save a card once and invoices are paid automatically, and you always receive the invoice. You can see your full service history and every report card in the same place.
